About M2 Power
M2Power employees have a wealth of experience in Lithium Iron Phosphate (LiFePO4) battery systems and electric vehicles. M2power is specialized in LiFePO4 cells, battery management systems (BMS) and chargers.Based on extensive tests, systems are offered that are tailored to your requirements; either based on our standardized modular battery packs or a completely customized solution.
M2Power Employees have followed LiFePO4 from the beginning of this new technology. In the early years we entered the market and were the very first in mainland Europe to offer a plug-in conversion kit for the Toyota Prius that utilized Lithium Iron Phosphate cells. Furthermore lectures on electric transportation and studies for several (governmental) organizations have been carried out.
The standardized modular battery packs, that are available in four sizes, can be used individually or in large battery systems comprising of several dozen packs. The battery packs do not need an external control unit or battery management system, it's integrated in the housing of each individual pack. As all components are integrated in the sealed case this creates a reliable and rugged system, that also makes installation and exchanging them easy. The used casing is the same as very commonly used lead acid cases as defined by the Battery Council International (BCI). M2Power's products are lightweight, very powerful, have a long life and can be recharged to 90% in three hours.
Custom designed battery pack can be tailored to your needs. Once your requirements have been defined, M2Power engineers will design a system taking the type of cell (high energy or high power), the form of cell (cylindrical, prismatic or tea bag), type of Battery Management System (simple analog to high end digital) and charger (high speed, PV/Solar or waterproof) into account. Components can be developed in-house or acquired from specialized suppliers, as we are independent from these suppliers we can provide the optimal solution for each application.
